Delta Community Credit Union, Georgia's largest credit union with more than $5 billion in assets, used data warehouse automation and an agile development methodology together to successfully build and deploy an enterprise data warehouse in a short time frame that provided true business value, all with a small staff and limited budget. This presentation will review the key ingredients to enabling successful collaboration between business and IT in developing and deploying an EDW in an agile and yet sustainable manner. The presentation will discuss how Delta Community has successfully incorporated what are considered some industry best practices for data aggregation, reporting, and analysis.

With nearly 15 years in the financial services industry, her expertise is helping organizations discover and live up to their ultimate BI potential. She currently leads the BI practice at Delta Community and is responsible for both the definition of its BI roadmap and the implementation of its BI program.
