Corelogic is a data and analytics company, so it was "data driven" long before it was fashionable. Even with that sort of head start, the organization saw the opportunities that rapid business and technology change presented to how they operated and managed their data. This presentation will lay out the challenges and opportunities senior management saw that created the need for transformation and adoption of the new data capabilities that are available to us today; how they determined what sort of "new" organization they needed; how they are making the changes; and how they are persuading the rest of the organization to get on board.
