John Ladley is a recognized authority in all aspects of enterprise information management (EIM) with 30 years' experience in planning, project management, improving IT organizations and successful implementation of information systems. Prior to joining First San Francisco Partners in 2015, John was CEO and President of IMCue Solutions, a consultancy he founded in 2007. At IMCue, John lead a team focused on improving a client's business results through business intelligence, information management and data governance. John is widely published and his books, "Making EIM Work for Business – A Guide to Managing Information as an Asset and Data Governance" and "Data Governance - How to Deploy and Sustain a Data Governance Program" are recognized as authoritative sources in the EIM field. John frequently writes and speaks on a variety of technology and EIM topics.

Michael Nicosia joined TIAA-CREF in November 2004 and is currently responsible for developing and deploying business-led data and process governance capabilities and leading the development of Finance & Actuarial's (F&A) multi-dimensional vision, strategy, and roadmap. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Nicosia oversees a large scale transformation program focused on strengthening and automating critical Finance business processes, improving data quality and integration and upgrading Finance's underlying technology/infrastructure. He is also an active member of the company's Enterprise Data Governance council. Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, Mr. Nicosia worked as a Managing Consultant for The Amherst Group Limited, a consulting firm that provides advisory services to Shared Services organizations around the world. During this time, he provided strategic advice and counsel to Fortune 100 companies on organizational design and implementation of shared services management practices, and he conducted detailed studies of various service delivery processes across multiple functional areas and industries.

Michael Delgado is currently the Information Management Program Director at Citrix. His focus and passion is Enterprise Information Management including Enterprise Architecture, Business Intelligence and Business Analysis to streamline and formalize the activities associated with driving value from a company's data assets. Over the last 20 years, he has initiated and led programs and projects for companies across various industry sectors raising the value of their corporate information by tapping into it to increase operational productivity, reduce overhead costs and gain competitive advantage. At Citrix he’s driving the following objectives: standardized governance and process for information collection and delivery, consumerization of information assets (Self Service), increasing trust in enterprise data quality supporting decision making, and reducing complicated architectures and fragmentation.

Steve Zagoudis is the president and founder of MetaGovernance. Steve currently holds the VP Marketing Board position for Data Governance Professional Organization (DGPO). He is a Business Intelligence and Information Governance specialist with 20+ years' extensive business and technical experience. Steve has a proven track record resolving chronic data infrastructure issues. He has formed Data Governance functions for numerous organizations. Steve has cross-industry experience in international and domestic organizations, having been based in the UK and Germany for several years. He has led the design and implementation of technical and data architectures on complex data warehousing and data mining applications, providing straightforward solutions to business problems. He is a 'second surgery' and metadata specialist, refocusing failed Business Intelligence projects. Steve excels at unlocking information hidden within organizational data, thereby enabling visibility of trends for improved competitor position. Crain’s Business Magazine recognized Steve as a Technology Leader. To Steve, Information Governance is a journey towards accurate data and meaningful information for business operations, reporting, and disclosure.

Anthony J. Algmin helps businesses use data to get better at what they do best. He is the Chief Data Officer at Uturn Data Solutions (uturndata.com), a Chicago-based consulting firm at the nexus of data and cloud technologies. Anthony leads development of the Uturn Data Engine, a data processing accelerator combining cloud technology and data management expertise within a highly-adaptable, modular design. The Uturn Data Engine helps businesses of all sizes unlock the value contained in data, from the most simple to highly advanced scenarios.

With many years of experience as a data strategy and management consultant, Anthony leads data-driven transformations of organizations in both public and private sectors. He also served as the first Chief Data Officer at the Chicago Transit Authority. Anthony speaks internationally on data and leadership topics, and writes a regular column in the Data Administration Newsletter (TDAN.com). He earned a BA from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
